🐬 Bmw E90 Heater Not Working
nukeduster. If its not the fuses the blower repair job on an e36 is about 6-8 hours. You have to tear apart the whole dash. Check the heater core while you're in there, its in the same place and they are a common failure point to. If its leaking at all, replace it at the same time.

Do not open the coolant expansion tank cap during the venting procedure. 1. Connect battery charger. 2. Switch on ignition. 3. Set heater to maximum temperature and turn fan down to lowest speed. 4. Press accelerator pedal for 10 seconds to floor. Engine must not be started. 5. The venting procedure is started when the accelerator pedal is
If you have your hood open and listen over the Coolant Pump and Reservoir, you should hear a gurgle as the pump runs immediately after the "pedal to floor" startup. If you do NOT hear the pump running, post back immediately, and do NOT run the engine. If you have air in the system, you can get an "air lock" at the heater core.
At the speed of 60km/37 mph temp = 54C/129.2F. At the speed of 120kmh/75 mph temp = 58C/136.4F. In this case temp didn't matter much. If I was stopped for a minute and coolant temp stated 54C, the heat was better than steadily moving at 60 km/h.
I got a problem with my BMW E90 2007. The Driver side heating is working properly, the hot air comes through vents without issues. The problem is with the passenger side, the vents are open, but there is no hot air there. The air is neutral, maybe little cold. Nothing change even if I put max heating. The coolant level is fine.
Cold air when the heater is on means one of four things: - Stuck-open thermostat (very common) - Low coolant/ air pockets in heater core (very common, but should work themselves out with some high-revs driving) - Stuck-closed heater valve (moderately common) - Stuck baffles in the vent ductwork (not common at all)

When the car senses that the battery is weak or there is a low charge, it will disable convenience features, heated seats being one of them. Others are defrosters, comfort access range decreases or shuts off
